Decoupage Gel Matte – 1 jar, 230ml Redesign with Prima

A specially formulated medium that creates a perfectly matte finish. Perfect for using with Decor Decoupage Papers and Redesign Rice Papers, this medium is great for gluing, varnishing and transferring techniques all in one. Use it on paper, cardboard, chipboard, wood, ceramics and more. Waterproof when dry.

I have found the the prima fibers work best with this medium. I prefer to use this under the fiber, and general finishes clear coat over it.
